How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
Some of our items are handmade so some order will take longer than others but will all items it is aimed that you will receive it within 7 working days (Excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Can I return my items & get a refund?
Unfortunately no, once an order has been made you can no longer ask for a refund and when you receive your items you cannot return them.

I have made a mistake on the details of my order:
Let us know as soon as possible but usually once an order has been made there can be no changes made to it.

What courier will be used?
Royal Mail.

International shipping:
We currently only ship to some countries in Europe (see Shipping & Returns) and the items will be sent via Royal Mail and will take approximately 12 working days to be delivered.
